About the Role

You will lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial agreements and own strategic transactions from start to finish. You will support launches of payment, card, treasury, and digital-asset products. You will develop templates, playbooks, contracting standards, and self-service resources, advise on vendor and technology agreements, and collaborate with compliance, regulatory, privacy, finance, and product stakeholders. You will also drive AI-enabled legal workflows, contract automation, and knowledge-management tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer
  • Commercial-contract expertise
  • Experience building scalable legal infrastructure
  • Experience in payments, fintech, banking, digital assets, treasury, card, or regulated financial services
  • Communication skills for translating legal concepts into business advice
  • Technology and AI adoption

Responsibilities

  • Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial agreements
