About the Role

You will provide hands-on technical support to customers using Zendesk, meet service-level agreements, and maintain customer satisfaction above 95%. You will participate in a 24/7 support rotation, diagnose virtual machine, hardware, and scaling issues, manage alerts and maintenance windows, perform node delivery testing, collaborate with SRE, networking, and storage teams through root cause analysis, create documentation and onboarding materials, and improve support processes and tooling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar technical role
  • Strong CLI skills
  • Linux
  • Git
  • 5+ years of technical support experience in cloud, storage, or networking
  • English and Hebrew communication skills
  • Container orchestration experience such as Kubernetes
  • Workload management experience such as Slurm and Terraform
  • Observability tools such as Grafana
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Understanding of Infiniband, Slurm, RDMA, RoCE, and SDN
  • Experience with storage technologies and storage protocols
  • Automation or scripting experience
