About the Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on eToro's German team in Frankfurt. Discuss financial markets and investment strategies, explain products and services, manage client education and retention, and resolve complex and high-priority issues.

Requirements

• Business fluency in German and English
• Interest in financial markets
• Knowledge of stocks, cryptocurrencies, ETFs, Smart Portfolios, and CFDs
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field highly desirable
• Client-facing experience in account management, retention, or customer service within financial services
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to learn new products and adapt to market trends
• Ability to use AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve client communication

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Engage with clients by telephone and email
• Discuss financial markets and investment strategies
• Demonstrate the eToro platform
• Provide product and service insights
• Manage the client experience from education through retention
• Handle complex inquiries and resolve high-priority issues
