About the Role
Design and implement backend systems and deployment tooling that secure IoT and critical infrastructure. Develop deployment processes across IT, OT, and Cloud environments, improve system health and reliability, and work with networking protocols, authentication, cryptography, PKI, reverse proxies, Linux, and Docker.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience with HTTP/S proxies, WebSockets, packet tracing, and multi-tier client/server communication.
- Knowledge of JavaScript execution in browser security contexts and authentication using JWT, SAML, and SSO.
- Working knowledge of multithreading, inter-process communication, socket programming, and high-performance low-latency programming.
- Knowledge of secure coding in C++, Go, or Java, vulnerability assessment, and threat analysis.
- Hands-on experience with RDP, VNC, HTTP, SSH, authentication, certificates, and TLS.
- Experience with cryptography, PKI, microservice architecture, large-scale infrastructure, reverse proxies, NGINX, SOCKS5, and session management with load balancers.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, quality, communication, Linux, and Docker skills.
- NGINX plugin or internals experience is a plus.
- Guacamole framework experience is a plus.
