About the Role
You will design, build, test, and deploy scalable backend services, infrastructure, and data systems for wallet, tokenization, and Web3 platforms. You will integrate traditional market infrastructure with on-chain systems, build product and platform capabilities, improve performance and reliability, and collaborate with product, compliance, client, platform, and external partner teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Backend development expertise in Go, Python, or Java
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures
- Knowledge of system design, data modeling, and software engineering fundamentals
- Experience with correctness-critical systems, including idempotency, reconciliation, and failure modes
- Ability to deliver end-to-end projects in cross-functional environments
- Interest in blockchain fundamentals, EVM, smart contracts, wallets, or on-chain settlement
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable backend services and infrastructure
- Integrate brokerage, ledgers, and corporate actions with on-chain systems
- Build smart contract integrations, chain indexers, and DEX trade flows
- Develop product-facing features and platform enhancements
- Improve system performance, engineering productivity, and risk reduction
- Collaborate with product, compliance, client, platform, and external partner teams
