About the Role
You will own the architecture, delivery, and production performance of a pricing system used across iOS, Android, web, and API products. You will build and optimize backend features, monitor releases, improve endpoint latency, work with product and frontend partners, and make data-informed product and technical decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Django and Django Rest Framework
- Experience with relational databases at scale, schema design, query optimization, and low-downtime migrations
- Experience scaling SaaS and subscription management with Stripe or RevenueCat
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases larger than 100 GB
- Experience designing endpoints with frontend engineers
- Experience delivering OpenAPI and developer documentation
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and delivery of the pricing system

- Iterate on backend updates based on product usage
- Collaborate with product and frontend partners to deliver user experiences
