About the Role
You will design architectures, select technologies, and write core code for highly available, high-concurrency, scalable business systems. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, lead technical reviews, and optimize system performance. You will guide junior engineers, lead code reviews, improve shared infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate on technical solutions across product, frontend, and operations work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 5 years of backend development experience
- At least 2 years of system architecture design or technical team guidance experience
- Proficiency in at least one backend language, including Rust, C++, Go, or Python
- Deep understanding of backend runtime mechanisms
- Ability to independently design medium-to-large business modules, interface contracts, and database ER models
- Experience with domain-driven design or clean architecture is a plus
