About the Role
You will design, build, test, and deploy backend systems for high-scale financial applications. You will lead architecture reviews, write and review well-tested code, improve CI/CD and observability, troubleshoot production issues, document systems, and participate in a Tier 2/3 on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Experience with an OOP language such as Python or C#
- Experience with cloud-native environments, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of scalable architecture, distributed systems, and performance optimization
- Understanding of testing strategies, code quality, and security best practices
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy backend systems for high-scale financial applications
- Lead architecture reviews and drive technology decisions
- Write well-tested code and review peers’ work
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Security teams
- Improve CI/CD, observability, and cloud automation
- Debug production issues and ensure system reliability and uptime
- Contribute to internal documentation and onboarding
- Participate in a Tier 2/3 on-call rotation
