About Echelon

Echelon is a universal, decentralized finance (DeFi) lending protocol built on the Move programming language, specifically on the Aptos blockchain. It aims to be the next generation of lending by connecting liquidity, supercharging yields, and allowing users to rehypothecate Move-native assets for superior returns. The platform provides borrowing and lending services with features like interest rate models, oracles for price feeds, and risk management mechanisms such as liquidations and rate limits. Echelon emphasizes composability, efficiency with high collateralization and cost-effective rates, and security through formal audits by industry leaders. To facilitate integration, it offers an SDK and detailed developer documentation for both testnet and mainnet.

  • Develop, test, and iterate smart contracts and systems
  • Deploy and monitor applications on testnet and mainnet
  • Work with frontend developers to streamline dApp integration and functionality
  • Evaluate Move-language docs, smart contract libraries, and other tools to help decide what should be included in the stack
