About the Role
Join Echelon Labs full-time to iterate on lending and leveraged-staking products, develop future DeFi products and RWA integrations, and help build Move-based infrastructure combining high performance with formal verification and interoperability across Ethereum ecosystems.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing high-TVL smart contracts for production environments or building backend systems at top technology companies.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and focus on code quality and best practices.
- Experience with a low-level programming language such as Rust, Go, Java, or C/C++.
- Familiarity with smart contract languages such as Move and Solidity.
- Code security and auditing experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect MVPs for Echelon's DeFi product suite, including margin accounts, trading, options vaults, and liquidity products.
- Build new smart contracts and supporting infrastructure using Move.
- Develop, test, and iterate smart contracts and systems.
- Deploy and monitor applications on testnet and mainnet.
- Work with frontend developers to streamline dApp integration and functionality.
- Evaluate Move-language documentation, smart contract libraries, and development tools for inclusion in the stack.
