About the Role
Own the Atlassian ecosystem as its primary administrator and strategic owner, administering Jira, Confluence, and related tools, configuring workflows and automation, developing reporting, resolving platform issues, leading enhancements and adoption, driving Rovo AI initiatives, and ensuring reliability and security.
Requirements
- 3+ years administering Atlassian Cloud environments in enterprise settings
- Experience owning Jira and Confluence customization and administration
- Advanced Jira project configuration expertise
- Strong command of JQL, CQL, and eazyBI
- Experience implementing ITSM processes in Jira Service Management
- Understanding of RBAC, change control, release management, and system administration
- Experience configuring Okta or similar IAM providers
- Familiarity integrating Atlassian tools and working with JSON and YAML
Responsibilities
- Administer and develop the Atlassian suite
- Customize workflows, permissions, dashboards, and automation
- Embed project management and ITSM practices in Atlassian tools
- Design reporting and analytics with eazyBI, JQL, CQL, filters, and dashboards
- Resolve complex platform issues
- Lead platform enhancements and feature adoption
- Build Atlassian Rovo agents and implement the Rovo MCP server
- Ensure Atlassian reliability and security
