About the Role
You will perform small-molecule purification using preparative LC and SFC, optimize purification methods, operate analytical systems, and conduct quality control. You will maintain and troubleshoot instruments, support high-throughput workflows, deliver purified compounds, and maintain laboratory documentation.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline with 3+ years of experience
- Hands-on laboratory experience in chromatography and small-molecule purification
- Knowledge of chromatographic separation principles and method optimization
- Problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Perform small-molecule purification using preparative LC and SFC
- Develop and optimize purification methods
- Operate preparative LC, preparative SFC, analytical LC, and LC/MS systems
- Perform analytical QC of purified compounds
- Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshoot chromatography issues
- Monitor instrument performance and identify issues
- Support high-throughput and automated purification workflows
- Prioritize samples and deliver purified compounds
- Support new purification methods, instrumentation, and workflow improvements
- Maintain experimental and instrument documentation
