About the Role
You will conduct scheduled quality reviews, maintain quality testing plans, and guide newly onboarded associates. You will communicate findings to process owners, recommend improvements, monitor remediation actions, escalate overdue items, and support risk-management activities and assigned projects.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Quality Management or Audit experience, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Familiarity with settlements, reconciliation, client management, and related financial operations.
- Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency is preferred.
- Data aggregation, analysis, and storytelling skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete quality reviews of assigned processes according to the approved testing schedule.
- Provide guidance to newly onboarded associates.
- Create and update Quality Testing Plans.
- Communicate findings to process owners for remediation or action planning.
- Recommend process improvements based on observed trends.
- Escalate negative trends and overdue remediation actions.
- Support execution of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Complete special projects assigned by the Head of Quality Management.
