About the Role
You will negotiate and manage pre-M&A contracts, liaise with counterparties, and meet agreed turnaround times. You will act as the day-to-day client contact, maintain contract playbooks, mentor junior legal professionals, review their work, and improve AI-backed legal technology tools.
