About the Role
You will support strategic growth initiatives, including partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, investments, and new business development. You will research markets, competitors, and potential partners; support M&A and partnership processes from sourcing through execution; build industry relationships; and work with cross-functional teams to launch strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, or private equity.
- Strong knowledge of the US content and media landscape.
- Familiarity with financial modelling, corporate development, and the M&A lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including building complex financial models and executive-ready presentations.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with company leaders to identify, define, and analyze strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and support M&A, investment, and partnership processes from sourcing and evaluation through execution.
- Research markets, competitors, and potential partners.
- Build relationships with industry partners, startups, and investors.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
- Partner with product, marketing, and content teams to launch and execute strategic partnerships and new business initiatives.
