About the Role
You will shape the analytics roadmap with finance and GTM leaders, build governed datasets and semantic models, establish modeling and metric standards, and develop conversational analytics workflows. You will own reconciliation and acceptance, partner on reliable delivery, and mentor engineers and finance partners.

Responsibilities
- Shape the analytics roadmap with Finance and GTM leaders
- Build governed datasets and semantic models for reporting, planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making
- Set modeling and metric standards across domains
- Develop conversational analytics and AI-enabled workflows using Databricks Genie
- Use AI coding assistants while maintaining validation and quality
- Own business-facing reconciliation and acceptance
- Partner with data engineering on reliable delivery
