About the Role

You will maintain an integrated U.S. market picture for the X-BAT Family of Systems. You will analyze defense budgets, competitors, acquisition activity, and pricing signals; develop and defend Price-to-Win positions; maintain a structured intelligence repository; and deliver recurring and rapid-turn assessments for pursuit and executive decisions.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in competitive intelligence, defense budget analysis, capture strategy, market assessment, Price-to-Win, or related defense or aerospace work
  • Prior Price-to-Win analysis experience including competitor cost modeling, bid strategy analysis, and most-probable-price recommendations
  • Deep familiarity with the U.S. defense budget process, PPBE, and congressional authorization and appropriations
  • Experience in competitive intelligence, market assessment, and product differentiation analysis
  • Familiarity with parametric cost estimating or should-cost analysis
  • Data handling, analytic writing, and briefing skills
  • Experience using AI tools to sustain structured knowledge resources
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Ability to travel domestically
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an integrated U.S. market picture covering funding, competitors, programs, acquisitions, awards, and pricing signals
  • Track defense budget resources across the PPBE and congressional cycle
  • Extract and interpret primary defense budget documents
  • Develop competitor profiles, product baselines, differentiation analyses, teaming maps, and market assessments
  • Build and defend Price-to-Win positions for priority pursuits
  • Deliver integrated budget, competitive, program, and financial assessments
  • Maintain a structured U.S. budget, competitive, market, and Price-to-Win knowledge repository using AI-enabled tools
  • Deliver recurring market updates and rapid-turn funding, competitive, and Price-to-Win analyses
