About the Role
You will support, maintain, develop, and deliver information systems for the commercial business. You will support the ETRM platform, help roll out new functionality, assist with deal and asset booking, model exposures, troubleshoot issues, and produce related reporting. You may provide occasional after-hours or weekend support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in the energy industry.
- Experience supporting Energy Trading and Risk Management systems; Allegro experience is desirable.
- Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Power BI and reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database querying.
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
- Communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Interface with Commercial and IT teams on ETRM-related items.
- Develop and maintain internal and external tools for position and market monitoring.
- Support the Product Control team and commercial business.
- Work with trading teams to capture and validate trade entry.
- Provide live support and troubleshooting for commercial, risk, and financial teams.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance customer applications based on contractual needs.
- Assist with data management solutions.
- Learn the commercial business and develop skills.
