About the Role
You will design and develop advanced AML monitoring models, optimise detection controls using statistical methods, and implement risk-based member segmentation. You will translate AML typologies and risk policies into monitoring logic, maintain audit-ready model documentation, and identify innovations for the AML Analytics roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in data analytics
- Experience in financial crime or risk management is preferred
- High proficiency in SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience with Pandas and PySpark
- Experience applying optimisation algorithms and statistical methods
- Ability to translate AML typologies and risk policies into monitoring logic
- Understanding of financial crime regulatory frameworks
- Ability to explain technical and statistical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
