About the Role
You will support global customers in Italian and English through email, chat, and voice. You will address complaints and feedback, communicate product information, maintain stakeholder relationships, and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
Requirements
- Diploma in finance, customer service and relations, linguistics, crypto-related studies, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in translation, interpretation, localization, or other language-related roles
- Proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to support 24x7 language-related operations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency or financial technology
- Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Zendesk
- Basic knowledge of MacOS, Lark, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and issues from global customers through email, chat, and voice
- Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and other stakeholders to address complaints and feedback
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products
- Establish and nurture relationships with partners and external stakeholders
- Escalate unresolved queries to Level 2 or supervisors
