About the Role
You will own the month-end close for US and international entities, establish documented close processes, and coordinate local accounting providers. You will prepare US GAAP bridge support, reconciliations, intercompany activity, accounts payable controls, payroll accounting, and audit support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- US GAAP knowledge
- Familiarity with local statutory frameworks
- Reconciliation and documentation experience
- Audit support experience
- Modern ERP experience
- Excel
Responsibilities
- Support month-end close for US and non-US entities under US GAAP
- Prepare local-to-US GAAP bridge support and assist statutory accounts and filings
- Support balance-sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and fixed-asset registers
- Run intercompany billing and settlement and support transfer-pricing entries
- Oversee outsourced accounts payable operations and controls
- Assist payroll accounting and reconciliation
- Support external audit reconciliations, PBC items, and walkthroughs
