About the Role
You will drive process improvements and automation across finance and data teams to enhance reporting quality. You will execute month end close activities including variance analysis and reconciliations across balance sheet and income statement accounts. You will maintain the digital asset ledger across multiple entities. You will build scalable reconciliation frameworks to support the month end close external audit and regulatory requirements. You will develop repeatable processes and checklists to support growth and operational scale. You will ensure intercompany accounts are properly reconciled and consolidated. You will perform revaluation and translation for international subsidiaries on a monthly basis. You will analyze revenue contracts to ensure they are appropriately accounted for under ASC 606. You will ensure invoices are accurate and billed to customers in a timely manner. You will provide support for special projects system implementations and acquisition integrations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience
- Proven ability to improve processes, drive automation, and enhance operational efficiency
- Strong command of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
- Experience working with large datasets and complex reconciliations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a remote-first, high-growth environment
- Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar
- Exposure to fintech, payments, or crypto-native companies
- Big 4 experience and/or CPA designation
Responsibilities

- Execute month-end close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations across BS and IS accounts
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of the digital asset ledger across multiple entities
- Build scalable reconciliation frameworks that support the month-end close, external audit, and regulatory requirements
- Develop repeatable processes and checklists to support growth and operational scale
- Ensure intercompany accounts are properly reconciled and in consolidation
- Perform revaluation and translation for international subsidiaries on a monthly basis
- Analyze revenue contracts to ensure they are appropriately accounted for under ASC 606
- Ensure invoices are accurate and billed to customers in a timely manner
- Provide support for special projects, system implementations, and acquisition integrations
