About the Role
You will manage client booking accounting from start to finish, ensuring accurate, timely, GAAP-compliant booking data and payments. You will oversee departmental team activities, work directly with agents and clients on account matters, monitor quality metrics, improve processes, and coordinate with GL and FP&A.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and revenue recognition
- Microsoft systems and accounting systems proficiency
- NetSuite or similar financial and enterprise systems experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Entertainment experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage client booking processes from start to finish.
- Maintain and review client booking data for accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee booking accuracy and payment processing compliance.
- Liaise with clients and agents regarding invoices, statements, tax matters, and account questions.
- Communicate booking matters with internal and external parties.
- Approve operational activities, including batch approvals.
- Oversee identified funds and resolve client payment errors.
- Implement process improvements and maintain key controls.
- Manage departmental team members and review performance metrics.
- Coordinate with GL and FP&A teams.
