About the Role
You will own accounting and financial reporting under US GAAP and group policies. You will manage closing activities, accounts payable, banking operations, intercompany balances, statutory reporting, tax compliance, payroll review, finance systems, process automation, bookkeeping quality, audits, and cross-functional finance projects.
Requirements
- Israeli CPA
- Big 4 background with high-tech audit experience
- 3–5 years of post-internship experience
- Experience in-house at global SaaS or technology companies preferred
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and group reporting
- Deep knowledge of Israeli direct and indirect taxation
- Experience preparing Israeli statutory financial statements and managing external audits
- Hands-on NetSuite experience across GL AP and banking modules
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience adopting and integrating AI tools into daily workflows
- Experience in a high-growth technology or fintech environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English
Responsibilities
- Own accounting and financial reporting under US GAAP
- Lead monthly quarterly and annual close activities
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle
- Review banking operations reconciliations and employee expenses
- Manage intercompany balances recharges and settlements
- Prepare Israeli statutory financial statements
- Lead external audits
- Support Israeli direct tax compliance
- Manage indirect tax and withholding compliance
- Review monthly payroll and statutory contributions
- Own NetSuite Coupa and banking platforms
- Automate accounting processes using AI tools
- Guide bookkeeping team activities
- Partner with finance stakeholders vendors and advisors
- Lead ad hoc accounting projects
