About the Role

Design and operate company-wide security operations and improve an internal Zero Trust security framework with the infrastructure organization. Operate security solutions, manage access and onboarding, investigate incidents, assess vulnerabilities, establish security policies, train employees, and operate network and endpoint security policies.

Requirements

  • At least five years of practical security experience
  • Experience operating enterprise security solutions such as SSO, IAM, MDM, EDR, VPN, and SASE
  • Experience designing or operating an identity- and device-trust-centered Zero Trust security framework
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to improve repetitive security operations
  • Broad understanding of computers and software
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments such as AWS
  • Experience analyzing security events, identifying root causes, responding to incidents, and implementing preventive measures
  • Comfort collaborating with multiple stakeholders and rapidly sharing context
  • Cryptocurrency, DeFi, wallet management, centralized exchange, or smart contract experience preferred
  • Experience using AI products such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, or Claude preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and operate company-wide security operations
  • Operate and improve IAM, EDR, VPN, and password management solutions
  • Evaluate and deploy email security, MDM, and SASE solutions
  • Manage permissions for Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and other internal tools
  • Operate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Analyze and respond to phishing emails, supply-chain attacks, malware distribution, and other incidents
  • Assess and improve the security of in-house services
  • Establish security policies and train employees
  • Design and operate security policies for internal networks and endpoints
