About the Role
You will provide clients with market colour and trade ideas while developing and maintaining relationships with them, understanding their trading needs and guiding them on our wide range of product offerings. You will ideate structured products based on client feedback, price and execute simple to complex structured products across multiple desks, and handle day-to-day administrative issues supporting trading activities in liaison with trading operations. You will collaborate with internal technology and analytics teams to enhance systems and analytics while coordinating trading activity. You will manage risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management protocols, and continuously look for ways to improve trading processes and client service. Please note you will be required to work shifts, including supporting different time zones and weekends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years direct experience in global markets trading in any asset class, knowledge in FX Options or Cryptocurrencies preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Trader or in a similar role within a financial services environment is preferred
- Active mind and strong awareness of risks
- Detail-oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skill
- Excellent team-work, communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, making informed decisions while handling large trading volumes
- Experience in cryptocurrency trading and/or knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem is preferred
