Design, manage, and improve processes for delegated sales-administration work by identifying operational issues, building workflows and manuals, designing processes for delegated staff, promoting automation using GAS, VBA, and generative AI, leading improvement projects, and directing outsourced and temporary staff while managing quality and progress.
Requirements
- Experience leading automation or systemization projects such as digital transformation initiatives
- Practical experience defining requirements for automation or systemization
- Experience creating business manuals and related documents
- Logical thinking and interdepartmental coordination skills
- Experience using AI to improve operational efficiency and automate repetitive work
- Experience with advanced Excel, VBA, SQL, GAS, or Google Sheets is desirable
