About the Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll drive sales efficiency at a pivotal moment in the company's growth. You'll be the bridge between the sales team and leadership, analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and building processes that let the team move faster without sacrificing rigor. You'll dive into sales data, own KPIs and forecasting, audit and optimize the sales tech stack, bridge workflows across teams, support the deal desk on pricing and margin, and help plan capacity and territory as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Comfort with data and ambiguity, ability to work in SQL, Python, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Understanding of the sales motion including pipeline qualification velocity margin and forecasting
  • Ability to own outcomes and work independently as a builder
  • Ability to present to executives with confidence and simplicity
  • Comfortable in financial or crypto context with understanding of on/off-ramps MSB compliance or stablecoins
  • High bias to action and ability to scope execute and iterate in sprints

Responsibilities

  • Dive into sales data to uncover patterns and optimize pipeline velocity
  • Build dashboards and reports for leadership
  • Own sales KPIs including pipeline health win rates deal velocity and quota attainment
  • Build and adjust forecasting models
  • Audit the sales tech stack including Salesforce CRM and outreach tools
  • Champion new tools and build documentation sellers actually follow
  • Work with account executives sales leadership marketing legal and finance to optimize handoffs
  • Flag process issues before they become bottlenecks
  • Partner with deal desk on pricing structure and margin tracking
  • Model capacity territory planning and resource allocation with sales leadership
