About the Role
You will support Rain's onboarding process across the platform by collaborating with sales, solutions, operations, compliance, and product teams. The role involves troubleshooting integration issues, analyzing performance metrics, designing onboarding workflows, and defining business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or a similar role, preferably at a B2B company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate with team members
- Experience in financial services or the credit card industry is desirable
- Familiarity with SQL and other data query tools is desirable
- Knowledge of customer onboarding best practices in a technology-driven environment is desirable
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions for successful onboarding
- Facilitate company account integration into the platform and troubleshoot issues
- Analyze product performance and track metrics to identify onboarding improvements
- Support the design of onboarding workflows for new business customers
- Provide data-driven insights to improve user experience and product adoption
- Work with product managers to define onboarding business requirements and create user stories
