About the Role
You will build scalable enforcement systems and review workflows for conventional-weapons and dangerous-technology misuse. You will develop evaluations, review flagged content, improve detection systems, document enforcement guidance, identify emerging threats and attack vectors, and provide structured policy feedback.

Responsibilities
- Design automated enforcement systems and scalable review workflows
- Develop and maintain evaluations that measure model performance and identify regressions
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to optimize detection and enforcement systems
- Review flagged content and identify policy gaps
- Provide structured feedback on enforcement ambiguities
- Develop and maintain enforcement guidelines and reviewer documentation
- Monitor weapons trends, regulatory changes, and enforcement practices
- Identify and escalate emerging misuse patterns, attack vectors, and coordinated violent activity
