About the Role

You will design automated age-assurance enforcement and review workflows, optimize detection models, and review flagged content. You will manage layered age assurance, appeals, and related user well-being enforcement while partnering with legal, policy, privacy, engineering, and data science stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in trust and safety, online child safety, age assurance, privacy, product policy, or a related field
• Expertise in age assurance, age verification, age-appropriate design, child online safety, privacy-preserving verification, or youth content classification
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy partners
• Experience with age-assurance regulations and enforcement practices including UK AADC, COPPA, and DSA
• Knowledge of CSAM/CSEM, NCII, and digital well-being
• Understanding of privacy and safety tradeoffs in age verification
• SQL or similar data-analysis skills
• Written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design automated enforcement systems and review workflows
• Optimize detection models for policy violations and automated enforcement
• Review flagged content and improve enforcement policies
• Enforce usage policies and mitigate harmful AI use
• Maintain layered age assurance including self-declaration, behavioral signals, verification, and appeals
• Partner with Legal, Public Policy, Privacy, Engineering, and Data Science stakeholders
• Provide feedback on policy gaps from enforcement scenarios
