About the Role

You will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise automation solutions, from process assessment through deployment. You will set architecture standards, integrate RPA with enterprise systems, manage non-functional requirements and deployment practices, govern technical delivery, and mentor developers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total IT experience, including 5+ years in RPA or intelligent automation architecture
• Architecture-level experience with UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism
• Experience delivering end-to-end automation solutions to production
• Knowledge of RPA architecture components, including Orchestrator or Control Room, robots, queues, and credential and asset management
• Experience with document-understanding frameworks
• Experience with ABBYY FlexiCapture or ABBYY OCR
• Experience with process assessment and automation feasibility
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, SQL databases, and enterprise applications
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS and containerization concepts
• Stakeholder management, documentation, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end automation architecture, including process assessment, solution design, infrastructure planning, and deployment strategy
• Lead technical implementation across UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism
• Define automation architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and coding practices
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence
• Integrate RPA with APIs, databases, ERP systems, and Azure or AWS
• Own scalability, security, exception handling, logging, and disaster recovery requirements
• Guide solution-design, PDD, code, and architecture reviews
• Manage bot orchestration, licensing, environments, and CI/CD pipelines
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical governance, risk mitigation, and escalation support
• Mentor RPA developers
