About the Role

You will own software releases and integration for customer robots and internal fleets. You will coordinate release scope, define readiness criteria, maintain test plans, investigate failures, and drive fixes through deployment. You will work with build, release, and deployment tooling, communicate changes to technical and non-technical stakeholders, monitor field health, and deliver hotfixes when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years shipping software for robots, vehicles, or other complex hardware-software products
• Proficiency in Python or C++
• Ability to read and debug code across a large codebase
• Fluency with Git branching, merging, cherry-picking, release branch management, and continuous integration systems
• Systems debugging skills using logs and code to isolate, reproduce, and resolve failures
• Experience defining system test plans and pass-or-fail criteria
• Experience coordinating across teams while maintaining quality under schedule pressure
• Clear written communication for technical and non-technical colleagues

Responsibilities

• Own the release cadence and assemble reproducible releases across repositories
• Maintain regression, stress, and endurance test plans with clear pass-or-fail criteria
• Investigate robot-log failures, reproduce regressions, and drive fixes through merge and retest
• Ship releases to internal fleets and customer robots and communicate changes to stakeholders
• Monitor field release health, deliver hotfixes, and improve test coverage
