About the Role
You will design, implement, and deploy intelligent robotic systems for manufacturing. You will build ROS2-based autonomy stacks, integrate Vision-Language-Action models, combine controls with learned policies, and troubleshoot deployed robotic workcells.

- Experience shipping systems into real environments
- Hardware-software integration debugging experience
- Ability to own systems end-to-end
Responsibilities
- Design and implement distributed robotic systems in ROS2
- Build modular autonomy stacks for manipulation and mobile platforms
- Own system performance, latency, and reliability
- Develop and integrate Vision-Language-Action models for robotic control
- Design data collection pipelines and fine-tune foundation models
- Benchmark real-world performance
- Fuse traditional control with learned policies
- Implement perception-planning-control architectures
- Develop manipulation and industrial navigation algorithms
- Deploy and maintain robotic systems in production workcells
