About the Role

You will design, develop, and test real-time planning software for large-scale robotics. You will build algorithms for routing, task allocation, inventory flow, traffic management, and fleet orchestration. You will create simulations, analyze performance data, integrate production solutions, and support deployments and issue resolution.

Requirements

Experience in robotics, algorithm development, or related software engineering
Experience with multi-agent pathfinding, motion planning, task allocation, inventory management, operations research, machine learning for robotics, real-time decision-making, or microservice architecture
Programming skills in C# or C++
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, optimization, and distributed or multi-agent systems
Experience using simulation, experimentation, and data analysis
Bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test real-time planning software
Build and optimize multi-robot planning and task-allocation algorithms
Develop planning logic across robot, fleet, and system layers
Create simulation and modeling tools
Integrate planning solutions into production systems
Analyze telemetry and performance data
Triage production issues and improve diagnostics
Document technical designs
Travel up to 10% as required
