About the Role
You will build precision mechanical subassemblies from engineering drawings and work instructions. You will meet production targets, maintain dimensional accuracy and torque specifications, identify process or tooling issues, and keep an organized, safe work area that meets ESD and manufacturing standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and engineering documentation
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, calipers, torque wrenches, and gauges
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform sustained physical work
- Professional-level written and verbal English proficiency

- Identify and escalate process issues, tooling problems, and recurring defects
