About the Role

Work under the Chief Risk Officer to enhance the risk management framework and drive practical operations across the risk management function, including risk assessments, control improvement, business consultations, continuity planning, internal regulations, and executive reporting.

Requirements

  • At least approximately 3 years of practical experience in risk management, compliance, or internal controls at an operating company
  • Practical experience in administrative management, operations planning, or operations management
  • Practical experience in corporate management or business process design at an operating company
  • Practical experience in risk advisory at a consulting firm or audit firm
  • Experience conducting operational audits or monitoring in an internal audit department

Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments for businesses and operational processes
  • Monitor individual risks and support improvement activities
  • Respond to risk consultations from business teams and provide operational support
  • Develop and promote business continuity plans and support training exercises
  • Establish, revise, manage, and optimize internal regulations
  • Prepare and support reporting materials for executive meetings
  • Drive other risk management activities
