About the Role
You will support and maintain the revenue technology stack that enables go-to-market teams. You will help execute technical roadmaps, provision and support users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain tools. You will identify workflow, integration, and automation gaps, recommend improvements, and assist with their implementation. You will coordinate with vendors on procurement, renewals, and business reviews. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement tools, improve adoption, maintain reporting definitions, and build dashboards. You will document workflows, support processes, and troubleshooting guidance for first-tier support and self-service. You will also use internal AI solutions to automate and streamline revenue technology and go-to-market processes.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, system administration, or analytics roles supporting go-to-market teams.
- Hands-on experience with at least two revenue or sales tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, or Kantata.
- Understanding of integrations, automations, permissions, and data management concepts.
- Experience using AI in day-to-day workflows.
- Exposure to workflow support, tooling changes, vendor processes, tool evaluations, rollouts, requirements gathering, implementation planning, or enablement.
- Ability to identify workflow, process, and tooling gaps and turn them into practical improvements.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including reporting and dashboard experience.
- Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of the technical roadmap for the revenue lifecycle across a 10+ tool technology stack.
- Maintain end-user business rhythms through provisioning, user support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
- Support stakeholder requests and communications across the revenue technology stack.
- Identify gaps in processes, integrations, and automations; recommend and help implement improvements.
- Coordinate vendors on procurement support, renewals, and quarterly business reviews.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support tool implementation, adoption, and aligned reporting definitions.
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards within revenue tools.
- Document workflows, support processes, and troubleshooting guidance for first-tier support and self-service.
- Use internal AI solutions to automate and streamline RevTech and go-to-market workflows.
