Requirements
- 4+ years of Revenue Operations experience at high-growth technology companies.
- Experience developing and implementing end-to-end solutions from data collection and analysis through execution.
- Ability to break complex problems into actionable solution steps.
- Strong analytical skills.
- SQL expertise.
- Data visualization expertise using BI tools such as Sigma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Coachability and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue generation and operational effectiveness.
- Provide leadership with strategic insights, actionable recommendations, and performance reporting.
- Develop and test new ideas, workflows, and sources.
- Oversee analytics and performance analyses across associated functions.
- Identify opportunities for acceleration.
- Build dashboards and insights to guide experimentation.
- Design and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
