About the Role

You optimize revenue processes across the sales funnel, identify operational bottlenecks, support territory and quota management, maintain reporting dashboards, analyze GTM performance, assist with forecasting, protect data integrity, integrate platforms, automate workflows, and train users.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations within a SaaS company
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Intercom
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • University degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Support and refine revenue processes across the sales funnel
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Assist with territory allocation, quota tracking, and pipeline management
  • Maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards
  • Track GTM performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health
  • Conduct data analysis for sales leadership
  • Assist with revenue forecasting, capacity modeling, and KPI tracking
  • Ensure data integrity across revenue systems
  • Integrate GTM platforms and automate routine workflows
  • Provide system training and troubleshooting support
