About the Role
You will manage financial controllership for the Indian entities and build financial reporting and control processes. You will reconcile revenue and partner balances, manage monthly close and revenue recognition, oversee partner payments, prepare reporting, maintain control frameworks, analyse revenue streams, lead audits, and support forecasting and business expansion.
Requirements
- Fintech or payment services experience
- Lending experience is a plus
- Technical accounting skills
- Knowledge of Indian GAAP and/or IFRS
- Statutory audit experience in financial services
- Professional finance qualification such as CA or Masters
- 5 to 10 years PQE

Responsibilities
- Reconcile revenue and partner balances
- Manage monthly revenue close activities
- Perform revenue recognition and accruals
- Maintain supporting schedules
- Manage fixed deposit balances with partner lenders
- Liaise directly with partners
- Coordinate timely payments with Treasury
- Report revenue performance and key metrics
- Own revenue accounting and controllership processes
- Maintain revenue control frameworks
- Analyse revenue streams, profitability, transaction volumes and trends
- Reconcile banking partners, payment processors and card schemes
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead internal and external revenue audits
- Support new product launches and expansion projects
