About the Role
You will own daily retirement and Trump Account processes, including complex transactions and regulatory compliance. You will address escalated inquiries, investigate abnormal activity, analyze trends, improve operational processes, and use data to enhance policies and solutions.
Requirements
- Knowledge of retail brokerage account operations
- Knowledge of IRA transaction processing
- Experience partnering with customer-facing teams
- Problem-solving skills for escalated and complex issues
- FINRA Series 7 preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage daily retirement and Trump Account processes and complex transactions
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices
- Partner with customer-facing teams to resolve escalated inquiries and account exceptions
- Escalate and address abnormal user activity through trend analysis and timely resolution
- Improve operational efficiency and customer experience for retirement account offerings
- Use data to enhance department policies, procedures, and solutions
