About the Role

You will design, optimize, and execute immunology assays using relevant cells and tissues. You will analyze compound-profiling data, support in vivo studies and assay transfers, maintain laboratory records, and communicate results and recommendations to project teams.

Requirements

• PhD in immunology or a related field with 0–4 years of relevant experience, or an MS with 7+ years or BS with 9+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of innate and/or adaptive immunology and immune-cell signaling
• Experience with primary human or animal immune cells, whole blood, or tissue-based systems
• Proficiency in multiparameter flow cytometry, cytokine or chemokine assays, and functional or molecular readouts
• Ability to develop and troubleshoot cell-based assay cascades
• Experience supporting small-molecule discovery through compound screening or profiling
• Working knowledge of in vivo immunology, pharmacology, PK/PD, and pharmacodynamic biomarkers

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, troubleshoot, and execute in vitro and ex vivo immunology assays
• Run recurring compound-profiling assays and generate reproducible data
• Analyze concentration-response relationships, assay performance, reproducibility, and biological relevance
• Maintain electronic laboratory records, protocols, and data packages
• Support in vivo immunology studies, sample processing, ex vivo analyses, and data interpretation
• Support assay transfer and external studies with CROs or collaborators
• Contribute to laboratory operations, reagent and instrument qualification, and method documentation
