About the Role
You will develop and tune post-training recipes, including datasets, training stages, and hyperparameters. You will define and improve evaluations, debug training configurations, measure how performance scales with data, explore new training methods, and publish research, code, datasets, and insights.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- Ability to debug distributed training and write scalable code
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in writing

- Measure how recipe choices affect metrics
- Define and iterate on evaluations
