About the Role
You will turn pre-trained language models into capable, well-aligned systems for coding and software development. You will build data and training pipelines, research post-training methods, design and analyze experiments, write pragmatic code, and communicate plans and findings with colleagues.
Requirements
- Large language model experience
- Deep knowledge of Transformers
- Deep learning fundamentals
- Post-training experience with large language models
- Knowledge of distributed training
- Machine learning and engineering background
- Research experience proposing and evaluating novel ideas
- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, alignment, synthetic data generation, continual learning, RLVR, or code generation
- Linux

Responsibilities
- Research and experiment with ways to specialize foundational models for agentic use cases
- Build and maintain data and training pipelines
- Stay current with LLM, alignment, synthetic data generation, and code generation research
- Design, analyze, and iterate on training, fine-tuning, and data-generation experiments
- Write high-quality pragmatic code
- Plan future steps and communicate clearly with peers
