About the Role
You will lead high-stakes applied science projects and technical initiatives while working directly with enterprise stakeholders. You will develop and deploy state-of-the-art multimodal models, run training on large GPU clusters, generate and curate data, evaluate model performance, build research tooling, scope technical projects, and lead Applied Science work in the local region.
Requirements
- English fluency
- Korean fluency
- Experience leading a technical AI, science, or engineering team
- PyTorch or JAX
- Python
- Experience contributing to a large codebase
- High-performance and fault-tolerant code development
- Communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution of frontier science projects
- Lead Applied Science teams and strategic initiatives
- Lead pre-sales and post-sales technical scoping
- Run events and engage executive stakeholders
- Run pre-training and post-training of state-of-the-art models
- Deploy models on GPU clusters
- Solve complex problems across domains including robotics, engineering, finance, cybersecurity, and physics
- Generate and curate pre-training and post-training data
- Evaluate model performance against customer expectations and frontier benchmarks
- Develop tools and frameworks for data generation, training, evaluation, and deployment
