About the Role

You will support reinforcement-learning leadership by organizing priorities, shaping agendas, triaging requests, and ensuring decisions are communicated and completed. You will identify emerging blockers, draft durable communications and planning materials, improve recurring processes, and provide candid strategic counsel.

Requirements

• Technical fluency with reinforcement learning training, model training processes, and evaluation results
• Clear technical writing and summarization
• Ability to assess and improve dashboards and data visualizations
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience supporting senior leaders in operations, chief of staff, program management, or a comparable role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience

Responsibilities

• Manage leadership priorities, schedules, and decision-focused meeting agendas
• Triage incoming requests, resolve issues, route work, and escalate when needed
• Prepare decision materials, communicate decisions, and track commitments to completion
• Identify resourcing gaps, technical bottlenecks, and stalled action items early
• Draft materials for announcements, programming, and planning sessions
• Identify recurring operational friction and coordinate process improvements
• Provide candid strategic counsel to senior leaders
