About the Role
You will conduct research and implement solutions for model architecture, algorithms, data processing, and optimizers. You will lead experiments, improve training infrastructure and developer tooling, and contribute across the stack from low-level optimization to high-level model design.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong software engineering skills and experience building complex systems.
- Python expertise.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch.
- Familiarity with large-scale machine learning and language models.
- Ability to balance research goals with engineering constraints.
- Problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Research and implement model architecture, algorithm, data-processing, and optimizer solutions.
- Lead small research projects and collaborate on larger initiatives.
- Design, run, and analyze experiments for large language models.
- Optimize and scale training infrastructure for efficiency and reliability.
- Develop developer tooling to improve productivity.
- Contribute from low-level optimization through high-level model design.
