About the Role
You will design and deploy machine learning models and classifiers for content and user understanding. You will build scalable data pipelines, optimize and maintain production models, collaborate with researchers and product partners, and apply research advances to trust-and-safety challenges.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience in deep learning and transformer models
- Proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering
- Familiarity with large language model training and fine-tuning methods including distillation, supervised fine-tuning, and policy optimization
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy machine learning models
- Collaborate with researchers, software engineers, and product managers
- Implement scalable data pipelines
- Optimize models for performance and accuracy
- Monitor and maintain deployed models
- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge
