About the Role
You will tackle applied AI and machine learning problems, translate ambiguous needs into well-framed ML tasks, and develop models for production agents. You will work with text and audio data, build rigorous evaluations, advance post-training methods, and take experiments through deployment.

Responsibilities
- Tackle applied AI and machine learning problems
- Determine when to build specialized models or use external frontier intelligence
- Translate product and customer problems into machine learning problems
- Develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy models
- Advance post-training from supervised fine-tuning toward reinforcement learning
- Build evaluations connecting model performance to real-world agent quality
- Work with large-scale text and audio datasets
- Take experiments through production deployment
