About the Role
You will lead a group of machine learning engineers and build machine learning systems for industrial inspection. You will research, prototype, and deploy multimodal models; evaluate model performance; curate datasets; and improve models through fine-tuning, selection, and prompt engineering.
Requirements
- BS and 10+ years of experience, or MS and 7+ years of industry experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field
- Expert-level Python software development skills
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization
- Experience training, fine-tuning, and applying generative AI models
- Experience with CUDA, PyTorch, machine learning architectures, and workflows
- Ability to identify product applications for current machine learning advances
- Ability to solve computer-vision problems and communicate findings
